Card Claims

People cards can be claimed by the real person. A claim is how ChronoBlock shows a verified owner on Atlas tiles, names, and comments.

Tiers (high → low)

Rushmore · Legend · OG · Top Chad · Citizen

A tier is unset by default (card not claimable, no artwork). Staff set the tier in Metrics. Unset cards show neither artwork nor claim UI.

Rules

• One claim per card, one claim per user
• X handle matching is part of eligibility (verified X connection)
• Owner-only share/download on the card
• Public verified check on names
• Badge precedence: platform owner → claimed-card tier → Pro with no claim → Citizen

Why handles must be right

If an invented Twitter handle lands on a People card, the wrong person can claim it and block the real one. That is why ChronoBlock will not fill in People X handles on its own. Missing ≫ wrong.
