Follow one story to the end

You will: ride a single incident from first post to resolution.

1. From the feed, click the Topic name (not only the post).
2. Read posts from the top (oldest) down.
3. Skim Hotspots if you need the primary sources.
4. Read Discussion Highlights for the compressed version.
5. Click through to related Atlas cards (the protocol, the people, the chain).
6. Click Follow on the Topic.
7. Optional: set a reminder for "when the post-mortem should exist."

Common mistake: treating each post as a separate story. If the headline is a sequel, it belongs on the same Topic — tell a contributor or staff if it was filed wrong.
