Submit your first card

You will: add one sourced Atlas entity without getting an instant reject.

1. Confirm the card does not already exist (search).
2. Read Rules and quality bar.
3. Drill to the correct Atlas branch. Add +.
4. Name, type, dates, sources. Placement: check a real branch (People > Founders, Organizations > Companies, …).
5. Leave Twitter blank unless you are sure.
6. Submit and wait. Edit from your contributions tab if a reviewer asks.

Common mistakes: duplicate cards; no source; placing only on a continent; inventing a handle; marketing copy instead of facts.
