Pending queue

Non-privileged submissions wait in pending contributions. Reviewers are notified. You can:

• Edit your own pending submission
• Withdraw it while it is still pending

Once a reviewer has decided, a second review does not change the outcome.

Reviewers decide what ships. Automated checks never auto-approve. Incomplete cards (no placement) or Timeline posts (no valid sector) can be rejected.

Appeals

If rejected, you may appeal once. An upheld appeal pays the same as approval and can refund the rejection penalty.
