Visibility that lasts is an Atlas card plus, when there is news, a Timeline Topic, plus calendar rows for dated events.

Atlas card

• Search Atlas first. Duplicates hurt everyone.
• If missing, a contributor adds the card under the right branches (Organizations, Protocols, Regions, …).
• Fill facts, sources, relationships (founders, stack, investors) — not marketing adjectives.

Timeline coverage

ChronoBlock will not invent a launch thread. If the event is real and high-signal outlets covered it, it belongs as posts under one Topic. Partners should give us canonical URLs, not ghostwritten "why we are different" essays as Timeline posts.

Calendar

Mainnet day, conference, governance vote: add an event with a real date.

What you cannot buy

• A higher Atlas sort (claimed-first is for People claims, not protocols paying)
• A stored Hot! tag
• A fake highlight or a guessed founder Twitter handle
