Stay safe

ChronoBlock maps an industry full of impersonation and phishing. Treat this product like you treat a wallet site.

ChronoBlock will never

  • Ask for a seed phrase, private key, or recovery words
  • Ask you to "validate" a wallet by sending funds
  • DM you first from a random account with a surprise airdrop
  • Put a seed-phrase form inside Atlas, Timeline, or Assist

Staff mail comes from the ChronoBlock sending domain (currently contact.chronoblock.xyz). Bookmark the real site (https://chronoblock.xyz) and type it yourself when in doubt.

Official HQ accounts are listed on Community and support: X @CHRONOBLOCK_hq, Instagram @chronoblock_hq, TikTok @chronoblock_hq, YouTube @chronoblock_hq. Telegram and LinkedIn are not live yet. Anyone else claiming to be ChronoBlock support is an impersonator.

Accounts and wallets

Linked wallets on your profile are self-asserted until a signature challenge exists (except X, which can be verified). A wallet address on a profile is not proof ChronoBlock custody anything. Do not paste secrets into settings.

Claims and impersonation

Card Claims are how a real person binds a People card. A wrong X handle on a card is treated as a serious integrity bug — ChronoBlock will not invent handles. If someone is impersonating you, see Community and support.

What we store

  • Account email, display name, and a hashed password
  • Optional social handles and wallet addresses you add
  • Follows, bookmarks, notifications, contributions, Arena results, comments
  • An anonymous cookie for visitor sentiment/votes — not merged into your account later

See FAQs for privacy questions.

Reporting

Use in-product report paths where they exist, or contact support from Community and support. Do not publicly paste exploit details; tell staff.
