Post to the Timeline

1. Sign in. Use Post + on the Timeline (hidden if you cannot post).
2. Required: source, source type, source URL, date, headline. Summary and image optional.
3. Attach an existing Topic in the live window, or create a new Topic with at least one real sector (never Hot!).
4. Watch composer badges: source, media, similarity to the linked page, grammar.
5. Submit. Admins can publish straight through. Members go through quality checks; any failed flag goes to the queue.

New Topics may still wait in review even when other checks pass. Overriding a close Topic match also queues.

Staff can later edit a post or move it to another existing Topic without changing the original author or publish time.
