Add a calendar event

From Explore, add an event with:

• Day (date granularity)
• Category (from the live list)
• Title and the usual sourced fields the composer asks for

Privileged roles (including verifiers) can publish calendar events immediately. Other members wait in the review queue.

Do not invent a date. If a keynote "sometime in Q4" has no day, wait until there is a real date.
